Post About the Safari Miami Tours to the Everglades Airboat Rides
My family and I recently took a Miami tour with the Safari tour Miami specials. We were in south beach on our most recent vacation. We were wondering what kind of tours in Miami we could take. So my wife suggested that we talk to someone that works in a Safari tours Miami tours booth. These tourist information booths are peppered all throughout south beach.
We spoke to a man that works in a booth on Lincoln Road. After him going through all the tours and activities that he had the one that stuck out the most to us seemed to be the Everglades tour. My seven year old son was the most excited about planning this Safari Tours Miami, because the information gentleman mentioned the word alligators and my five year old daughter was the least excited.
To be honest my wife wasn't very excited about the alligators either. In any event we decided that this was the tour for us. The next day a bus from Safari Tours Miami picked us up in front of our hotel to take us to the Everglades. It was a very short drive from our hotel in south beach and we could hardly contain our excitement when we arrived. The first thing we did when we got there was to take a cruise on the air boats.
This was an exhilarating experience we had with the Safari Tours Miami. We started out very slow going through the mangroves and seeing all of the indigenous birds and reptiles. It was very humid to us because we are from southern California but it was tolerable. After we got out of the small tributary it was time to open up the airboat. And airboat, offered in the package with the Safari Tours Miami is a flat bottom boat that has a giant fan on the back and it seats about 10.
So we got out into the open marsh and the tour guide really sped the boat up. He started doing figure eights and power slides and it was an exhilarating experience.
